our approach offers the benefits of deep relaxation, increased bodymind awareness, and the ability to enjoy life more as you relax, revitalize, and renew. Receiving regular healthy touch and practicing yogic breathing, sounding, movement, and meditation promotes awareness of your body and feelings, and transformation of your thoughts, health, and well-being.

Providing You with a Safe Space to Relax

Massage appointments can take place in our soothing office environment with a cozy private treatment room, or in the comfort of your home or office environment. Yoga takes place out in Nature at a local park or in the comfort of your own space via Zoom. All sessions are provided with customized and individualized care.

 
 

In-person and Remote Options

Our office is conveniently located in San Diego on Balboa Ave., just off the I-805 freeway, in Mills Chiropractic. Can’t make it into the office? Outcall sessions to your location are available and Telehealth sessions via FaceTime or Zoom can also be arranged.

Movement is one of the pillars of health and an integral tool for Stress Management. Practice gentle Hatha postures for flexibility and increased range of motion. Slow-flow Vinyasa and energizing Kundalini styles are available.

Drawing on components from Indian Ayurvedic principles, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and current holistic western health practices, you can be supported to achieve your goals, whether that means manifesting your Life’s Purpose or creating and improving your Self-Care routines.
